Publigo is an add-on for Google Sheets, Google Drive that:

  • Connects to your Drive to obtain your document template and let you choose the template you want to use

  • Reads your Spreadsheet (email adresses, bookmarks)

  • Sends emails according to the spreadsheet data as a campaign

Some additional features can:

  • Connect to your Google Forms in order to retrieve the answers and generate files on form submission

  • Provide reports about your email campaigns (emails opened, emails responded...)

This add-on is tightly integrated with your Google account and the data stored in the said account. When installing an add-on, you will be prompted to authorize different accesses to your Google account. Those authorizations will only be used to perform the service you are requesting from the add-on you have installed.

Add-ons are created and powered by Google Apps Script, on Google servers.

Information gathered by an add-on will never be sold or shared to external people. When we need to store data outside of your Google account, we use a Google service for that: Firebase. Your data never leaves Google servers. We are only storing data in Firebase when needed to provide the service offered by the add-on. Most data collected by our add-ons are directly processed within Google Apps Script and are not saved in any database for later reuse.

User Account Deletion

By using Publigo, we only access data that is absolutely necessary for the add-on to run correctly. If you wish to stop using our service, simply follow the steps below to uninstall Publigo from your Google account:

  1. Go to the G Suite Marketplace Manage apps page

  2. Next to Publigo, click the menu icon

  3. From the drop down menu, click Uninstall

Uninstalling Publigo will interrupt all the add-on's functionality and activities on your Google account.

However, there is no automatic deletion of your user data from Firebase. To get your data from Firebase deleted, please send your request to support@publigo.app and we will proceed to the deletion within 30 days.
