ℹ️ You need to have an existing template uploaded to your domain first before you can follow this tutorial. If you haven't done so yet, follow our tutorial on how to Add a New Template to the Gallery and Share it with your Colleagues.

A. By default, Publigo only has 1 built-in Google Slides template from the Gallery that's actively linked to Google Forms and prefab label templates. To use these: 

1. Open Publigo > What is your data source? > Spreadsheet

2. Click SELECT TEMPLATE. 

3. Click Templates gallery (Your saved templates).

4. Select the relevant option for your use case:

B. But if you want to use your own template uploaded to to the gallery: 

1. Open Publigo > What is your data source? > Spreadsheet

2. Click SELECT TEMPLATE. 

3. Click Templates gallery (Your saved templates) > choose any of your uploaded template (business letter in our example).

4. Click SELECT THIS TEMPLATE.

5. The uploaded file from the Templates Gallery is now ready to be used (business letter in our example).
