How many documents can I generate?

Your daily quota is determined by the specific plan you are currently subscribed to. Your quota refreshes or replenishes every first day of the month. Refer to the plan matrix provided below for an overview:

What happens if my quota expires during a campaign?

Publigo will alert you that you've used up your allotted quota.

Our system will regularly check your document merge campaign and resume it as soon as your quota restores or replenishes (daily for all plans - except for our Freemium and Essentials users, which is replenished monthly - see table above).

If you intend to use Publigo with uninterrupted service (more than 50 files/month), we recommend choosing one of our Subscription Plans that suit your needs.

Can I increase my quota?

No, the quota is set exclusively by Google.

The only way to increase your quota is to have your subscription upgraded to our Pro or Enterprise plans

What factors could be affecting my quota?

Your Publigo quota is shared with other apps or add-ons that generate documents from your Google account, significantly impacting your daily quota. This is not a limitation on Publigo’s side, but simply how quotas are enforced by Google across the board (to all users).

If your quota depletes faster than it normally does, make sure that Publigo is not the only app or add-on generating documents using your Google account (e.g., AutoCrat, Go Document Merge, Form Publisher, etc.).

Also, using Google Apps Script service counts toward all associated quota reserves. Publigo may become unavailable (that is, you won’t be able to generate documents anymore) if you reach any of the associated document-generation and/or email quotas.

📌 The limitation on quotas is beyond Publigo 's control - it is a restriction enforced by Google. If you cannot generate documents because of any of these, we recommend trying again at a later time once your Google quota resets or replenishes.
